Guntur District and started by AP Agricultural Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao along
with his wife Venkata Kumari. This programme started from the ChilakaluriPeta NTR
Circle and through Wall Clock, KB Road back to NTR Circle. Ganji Chenchu
Kumari, Commissioner Kanakarao, and 5 thousand students participated in this occasion.
